You are not required to create an account to use our service. Your session data is stored locally in your browser during your visit. For premium purchases, we process your payment through Creem and may require your email address for order delivery.

4. Free vs. Premium Features

• Free Preview: You can generate and view your Chinese name with a preview watermark.
• Premium Bundle ($4.99 USD): Includes watermark-free HD name scroll, phone and desktop wallpapers, avatar, print-ready PDF, and personalized name certificate.

All prices are in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payment Processing: We use Creem as our payment processor. Your payment information is handled securely by Creem and is not stored on our servers.

Digital Products: All purchases are final. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Delivery: After successful payment, you will be redirected to a download page where you can access all premium assets immediately. You will also receive a confirmation email with download links.

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain the rights to use your generated Chinese name for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may use it for social media, personal branding, language classes, and casual contexts.

Our Content: All website design, text, graphics, and code are owned by ChineseName and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the generated assets for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our names are generated by an AI system . While we strive for accuracy, cultural authenticity, and aesthetic quality, we cannot guarantee that every generated name will perfectly match your expectations.
